Took an active participation in reducing the Spent liquor solids from 2 to 0.5 gpl. Won prestigious pride award for a project of stabilization of precipitation PSD by accusizer. From 2016 took the charge of calcination section, was involved in stream 2 commissioning then operations of the 2*2500 TPD GSC. operated and tested calciner to more then the rated capacity. Took the project of reducing specific consumption of HFO from 72 to 70 kg/T. Trained on SYSCAD simulation Apart from these I learned the skill of people management, working through and with team. Solving team conflicts. Moved to Hindalco industries limited,. renukoot refinery in April 2021.Presently working as Head- white side(precipitation and calcination).
